KANAZ SOLUTIONS CORP. / LEGAL

Cookie Policy

Effective date: 9 October 2026

1 Who this Policy covers

KANAZ SOLUTIONS CORP., operating under the KANAZ brand, provides this Policy for kanaz.org. We are an Ontario corporation with Ontario Corporation Number 1001772473. Contact us through our contact form. Read this Policy with our Privacy Policy for information about personal data, international processing and your rights.

2 Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Session cookies normally expire when a browsing session ends; persistent cookies remain until their expiry or deletion. Other technologies can store or access device information or transmit technical signals without creating a cookie. This Policy therefore covers website security scripts and browser network reporting as well as cookies.

3 Our current website configuration

The public website configuration reviewed on 9 October 2026 uses Cloudflare for delivery and security and includes the Cloudflare Turnstile script on the contact page. Cloudflare network error reporting is also enabled in the reviewed response headers. The website’s fonts, images and main interface scripts are served from kanaz.org.

No optional analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social media trackers or optional preference cookies were identified in the reviewed public pages and first party scripts. No Set-Cookie header was observed in the reviewed page responses. These findings describe the review conditions; security cookies can depend on the browser, request and challenge presented and are not necessarily issued to every visitor.

4 Why security technologies are used

Cloudflare helps deliver pages, protect the site against malicious requests and diagnose connection failures. Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse. These services may process IP addresses, browser and connection characteristics, request information and security signals. They are used for website operation and protection, rather than personalized advertising.

A security technology operates without optional cookie consent only where it falls within an applicable legal exception and only for the qualifying purpose. A security label does not itself create an exemption. We do not repurpose necessary security identifiers for advertising or optional visitor analytics. Blocking security technologies may affect page access or the ability to send a protected enquiry.

5 Optional technologies and future changes

The reviewed public configuration does not offer optional tracking categories. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or nonessential embedded tools, we will identify the tools and purposes in this Policy and obtain the required consent before activation. Where consent is required, making no choice, scrolling or continuing to browse will not activate those tools.

Any future optional preference controls will offer a clear rejection option and a way to withdraw consent. Such controls will be made available when the corresponding technologies are introduced. This Policy does not suggest that a Cookie settings panel already exists on the current website.

Cloudflare delivery and security — Cloudflare, Inc.kanaz.orgPage delivery and protection; request and connection signals. A cookie was not identified in the reviewed page response headers.Request based processing. Security cookie expiry, if a cookie is issued, depends on the applicable protection configuration.
Cloudflare Turnstile — Cloudflare, Inc.challenges.cloudflare.comContact form abuse protection. Technical signals and a verification token; a token is distinct from a browser cookie.A generated verification token is single use and valid for up to 5 minutes. This is not a statement of Cloudflare log retention.
Cloudflare Network Error Logging — Cloudflare, Inc.a.nel.cloudflare.comSupported browsers may send connection failure reports under the NEL and Report-To headers. Browser reporting policy, rather than a cookie. The reviewed browser policy has a maximum age of 604800 seconds, or 7 days. It may be refreshed by later responses. This is not the retention period for received reports.

Cloudflare may issue the security cookie cf_clearance when a visitor completes a relevant challenge or when Turnstile pre-clearance is enabled. It records security clearance to reduce repeated challenges. Its issue and lifetime depend on the configured protection and the actual cookie expiry assigned to the visitor. No cf_clearance cookie was confirmed by this public review; it is described here as conditional behaviour, not as a cookie installed on every visit.

7 Browser controls and external websites

Your browser settings can show cookies actually stored for kanaz.org, including their names and expiry dates, and can let you block or delete cookies and other site data. Available controls vary by browser. Deleting an identifier does not prevent a necessary security service from issuing another identifier when required. Browser settings do not replace prior consent for a tool that legally requires it.

External websites manage their own cookies and privacy practices when you follow their links. If we introduce an optional embedded third party tool, we will disclose it and apply the relevant consent controls before it accesses your device or sends optional tracking information.

8 Updates and contact

We update this Policy when the website’s technologies or purposes change and request renewed consent when required. Questions about cookies, security technologies or personal information can be submitted through our contact form or by post to KANAZ SOLUTIONS CORP., 155 East Beaver Creek Road, Suite 24-147, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 2N1, Canada.
