Why is the company called KANAZ?+
KANAZ means a treasure - something precious and worth finding. Our name reflects the value of finding the right solution to a complex need, whether that means a clearer strategy, the right specialist or a practical way forward.
What does KANAZ do?+
Our principal focus is management and marketing-strategy consulting. Complementary services include advertising execution, software and systems work, cloud and data services, corporate coordination and a separate personal-concierge offering.
Can I engage KANAZ for one service only?+
Yes. An engagement can address one defined requirement or combine services where that is useful. The scope and price are agreed before work begins.
Do you work with businesses and individuals?+
Both, under different terms. Business consulting and project work use a business agreement. Personal assistance and consumer memberships use the relevant personal-service and membership terms.
In which countries is support available?+
We welcome enquiries involving Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, Serbia, Montenegro, Germany, Poland and the UAE, as well as other locations considered individually. Availability and the actual delivery arrangements are confirmed for each request.
How are fees determined?+
Fees depend on the agreed scope, deliverables and service arrangement. We explain the price or calculation, currency and applicable charges before you commit. External supplier costs are identified separately unless expressly included.
Can KANAZ pay suppliers for me?+
Payment arrangements depend on the service and must be approved in advance. These may involve direct supplier payment, reimbursement of an authorized cost already paid by KANAZ, or a purchase from KANAZ as the supplier. We do not offer a general service for paying unrelated invoices.
Does membership include all services and purchases?+
No. The plan summary identifies the personal benefits and limits. Corporate consulting, advertising, technology projects and third-party purchases are not included unless the relevant separate arrangement expressly says so.
Do you provide legal, medical, immigration or investment advice?+
No. We may coordinate access to independent qualified providers, who remain responsible for their professional services. KANAZ does not replace their advice or provide emergency assistance.
How do I start?+
Send an enquiry with the main objective, relevant location and timing. We will review the request and discuss whether and how it can be taken forward. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking or contract.
