Plan and implement the computing environment needed for the agreed application or service. Scope may include environment configuration, access arrangements, deployment support and documentation of responsibilities.
Arrange hosting for websites and applications within an agreed delivery model. The provider, location, capacity assumptions, availability commitments and support terms are identified rather than left implicit.
Support defined workflows for handling and organizing data. The work specifies what information is involved, how it is processed, who may access it and the agreed requirements for storage and retention.
Develop the infrastructure arrangements for a software-as-a-service or platform-based solution where this is part of the project. Service levels, customer responsibilities and third-party dependencies are agreed separately.

Fees depend on the agreed scope, deliverables and service arrangement. We explain the price or calculation, currency and applicable charges before you commit. External supplier costs are identified separately unless expressly included.
Payment arrangements depend on the service and must be approved in advance. These may involve direct supplier payment, reimbursement of an authorized cost already paid by KANAZ, or a purchase from KANAZ as the supplier. We do not offer a general service for paying unrelated invoices.
No. The plan summary identifies the personal benefits and limits. Corporate consulting, advertising, technology projects and third-party purchases are not included unless the relevant separate arrangement expressly says so.
No. We may coordinate access to independent qualified providers, who remain responsible for their professional services. KANAZ does not replace their advice or provide emergency assistance.
